Little Blue Flowers by Alabama Artist Angela Sullivan
I painted this a while back at one of my workshops. It was simpler and I was just not quite satisfied with it. I added the vase of flowers and the little blue flowers to the right and also the lemon wedge. I like it much better now. 16x20 oil on gallery wrapped canvas.

    I love the composition, and the almost impressionistic or Van Gogh feel to it. There are some drawing issues, and I think you already know about them. Keep drawing, Angela, your paintings will improve by leaps and bounds if you draw!
