My nephews little girl named her cat Sparkle Rosie, not sparkle or Rosie but Sparkle Rosie and you better not shorten it. She dragged that cat around everywhere. Oh to be loved like that. The sparkle of this vase made me think of it. My sister in law bought me this pitcher at the apple festival in Ellijay, Ga a couple of years ago. It actually has a candle in it. I like the looseness of the roses in the distance. The apple and orange were added for balance of course.

Still Life Painting "Something Beautiful"  by Alabama Artist Angela Sullivan I painted all morning, animals for the most part on 6x6 canvas but then I decided to do this one. It is a larger painting on 20x20x1.75 oil on gallery wrapped canvas. Sometimes after painting smaller paintings it is kind of intimidating to start a larger one. I really like this one.
