I painted this while on vacation and think I have found my new love. I felt happy as I painted this... No actually Giddy and even laughed out loud at times. Of all the things I have painted over the last few years I think this is absolutely my favorite. I love this even more than painting cows and you know how much I love painting cows. Candy Necklaces I painted this painting first in 2008 with acrylic paint. That was a long long time ago. I retouched it or painted over it in oil. I am very pleased with how it turned out. If you would like to see the first painting just look for the name Candy Necklaces. 20x16 mixed media. 

You Have My Attention As some of you know my 30th year anniversary is coming up in July. My husband and I are going to restate our vows. I bought my grand daughter a beautiful dress which she could not wait to try on. She also had to try on my veil. Here is just a glimpse.
