Elijah Elijah is a gentle soul. He used to be confident and strong. He used to be gruff but that was then. That was before he met her, the little girl with blond stringy hair. After the first day when she held him and her hair wisp across his face with the gentle breeze he changed. Every time she tugged him along while she attended tea parties and such he began to like it. He became more and more comfortable in her arms. Tyree My name is Tyree and I am buff and gruff. See this look on my face? I am puzzled about one little thing. Who will be the president in 2030? 2030? Yep that is when I plan to come out of hibernation and make a difference. That is when I plan to stand up for what is right and bow to no one. My new years resolution is to make a difference in 2030. Missie That would be Mrs. Missie to you. I am serious and calm. I don't like funny things. There is only one exception and that I can't help. You see I have grandchildren and they come over and disrupt my life. They break my valuables and eat all my snacks. The very worst thing is that despite my serious demeanor they make me laugh. They break my facade. Oh why must I give in so easy. That's it! They very next time they come over I will just pretend to be sick.  Ha Ha! already I break down just thinking of their cute faces and laughter. I will surely lose at my own game. Boopsie Hi There! I know you have not seen me in a while.  I have been hidden away at the bottom of the toy box. As my people found me while looking for toys which could be given to the Salvation Army's Toy Rescue which provides toys to the poor at Christmas. There I was. I put on my best face and made sure that my eyes twinkled as she held me. Oh Yea! it works every time. So here I am still at home. All comfy on the toy shelf.
