Today I decided to abandon my thick rich paint to some degree anyway and soften up a little.
This pear was a good exercise for me. Who knows where this will lead. 7x5 oil on canvas panel.

    Excellent pear..and you did a wonderful job at Qiang Huang's workshop..painting the dark background brought everything else forward.
